A common misconception is that a logo should communicate and say a lot about a company.
In actuality a good logo design should strike the balance of 3 things:
Appropriate – a logo should be appropriate in it's feeling and relevant to the market it is in.
Memorable – It has to be unique yet simple enough to be enough to persist in our mind.
Simple – to be displayed across various mediums and to be produced at very small pixel sizes.
Actually I have no set prices. My rates can range from a couple of hundreds to a few thousands of euros. The price will depend an several factors, your needs and your budget.

I propose 1 to 3 concepts, based on your budget, how many logo concepts you want to see and based on what is decided during the preparation of the brief. Obviously 1 concept will cost you less than 2 and 2 concepts will cost you less than 3.
If you already have a strong idea in mind or we have already decided on a design direction, there is no need to explore more than 1 design concept.
Once I have all the information I need and we have discussed the important aspects of your business I will start designing the desired number of concepts and send them over to you in a detailed presentation with examples of how your logo will look in the real world (mockups).
Once you are satisfied and no revisions are needed I will finalize the project by providing you with all the necessary files:
- Vector and raster formats
- CMYK and RGB versions or your logo
- Monochrome version of your logo
- Horizontal and vertical lockup (if applicable)
Phase 1 - Brief
We will conduct an interview to evaluate and gather all the necessary information about your business. (The industry you are in, Your target audience, Your values, Adjectives that describe your business etc.)
Phase 2 - Research
Once I have all the information I will do a research research based on your industry and your competitors, to see what works and what not.
Phase 3 - Moodboards
Once you are satisfied and no revisions are needed I will finalize the order by sending you all the necessary files (ai, eps, pdf, svg, psd, png, jpeg).

- When the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed for.
- If consent was the lawful basis for processing personal data and that consent has been withdrawn. Valantis Soumpasis relies on consent to process personal data in very few circumstances.
- The Company is relying on legitimate interests as a legal basis for processing personal data and an individual has exercised the right to object and it has been determined that the Company has no overriding legitimate grounds to refuse that request.
- Personal data are being processed for direct marketing purposes e.g. a person’s name and email address, and the individual objects to that processing.
- There is legislation that requires that personal data are to be destroyed.
Right to Portability: Individuals have the right to get some of their personal data from an organization in a way that is accessible and machine-readable, for example as a csv file. Associated with this, individuals also have the right to ask an organization to transfer their personal data to another organization.
However, the right to portability:
- only applies to personal data which a person has directly given to Valantis Soumpasis in electronic form
- onward transfer will only be available where this is “technically feasible”.
Right to Rectification: If personal data is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, individuals have the right to correct, update or complete that data. Collectively this is referred to as the right to rectification. Rectification may involve filling the gaps i.e. to have to have incomplete personal data completed – although this will depend on the purposes for the processing. This may involve adding a supplementary statement to the incomplete data to highlight any inaccuracy or claim thereof.
This right only applies to an individual’s own personal data; a person cannot seek the rectification of another person’s information.
Notification of data breaches: Upon discovery of a data breach, we will investigate the incident and report it to the UK’s data protection regulator and yourself, if we deem it appropriate to do so.
Complaints: You have the right, at any time, to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance using the details below. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint.
